Registration and Login

Shopping with us is easy! Simply follow these steps:
- Browse our collection and add your favourite items to your cart.
- Once you're ready, click on the cart icon to review your selections.
- Proceed to checkout, where you'll enter your delivery details and payment information.
- Confirm your order, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Finding the perfect item is simple! You can:
- Use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find specific items by name, category, or keyword.

Delivery
- We’re happy to deliver to any location across South Africa!
- Currently collections are only available from our Gateway store in Durban. Please sign up to our newsletter to be notified of changes, such as this, to our site.
- Currently, we are only able to offer delivery within South Africa. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
- No: Unfortunately, we only accept payments from within South Africa. We hope to offer international options in the future!
- Delivery is free for an order over R 650
- Delivery cost of R 75 for orders under R 650
- Click and collect is free at Hub Gateway
- Delivery will take up to 3 to 5 working days.
- Delivery times are between 07h00 and 18h00.
- Unfortunately, we’re unable to split the delivery of orders between different addresses at this time. We appreciate your understanding!
- This can be done under the profile / account page however once a delivery is shipped you cannot edit your address. Please email: online@hub.co.za or phone 031 702 9247 with any urgent queries.

- You will receive an SMS on the morning of the delivery confirming delivery on the day. If you are not home or the driver fails to deliver, you will receive a SMS notification advising such.
- Delivery address cannot be updated: Unfortunately, once an order has been processed, we're unable to change the delivery address. We recommend double-checking your details before confirming your order.

- Unfortunately, you can’t send your order back with the delivery courier. To return an item, you must contact us at returns@hub.co.za We will provide a quote for the courier cost to return the goods. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 20 MARSHALL DRIVE, MOUNT EDGECOMBE, 4302
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Payment

- Enter the necessary payment details (card number, expiration date, CVV, payment plan etc.).

Account Payments
- You can pay at any Hub branch countrywide.
- Set up a debit order by calling 0800 843482 (toll-free).
- Pay via EFT by loading the HUB as a beneficiary through the major bank pre-lists.
- Paying your account on time helps you avoid late payment penalty fees and ensures that your available credit is not suspended.
